To bead or not to bead?

I just fell in love with this bracelet from BHLDN:

Lattice Bracelet, $180

I think it could be perfect for my wedding day.  But not $180 perfect!  And that's marked down from $380!

I'm looking at it, and I'm thinking, once I get the right beads, I could totally make this myself.  It can't be THAT hard, can it?
